Waiting… is a shallow, perverse, and [at times] funny movie about a bunch of twenty-something friends who all work at the same restaurant. Ryan Reynolds plays Monty, a character extremely similar to his role in Van Wilder. Much of the movie takes place in the kitchen, where the cooks do enough to make you never want to eat in a fast food or “Shenanigans”-type restaurant again.
