This seemed like an appropriate movie to watch on Halloween. While more of a detective movie than a murder movie, the film begins when Lionel Twain invites the world’s most famous private-eyes to dinner to solve a murder that is set to happen at midnight. The prize of one million dollars will go to the detective who correctly solves the crime. The movie is filled with corny jokes and off-beat humor, but anyone in the mood for a good mystery will enjoy this film.
