I like Woody Allen movies. I love the dialog that takes place between the characters. I loved how this movie really explored relationships and what makes people happy both alone and when they’re with a partner. Like so many of other Allen’s films, this one focuses on men and women working and living in New York City. Allen has a lead role and the characters often talk to the camera as they analyze their own lives and relationships. Allen plays Gabe Roth, who is married to Judy Roth. When one of their closest couple friends reveal that they are ending their marriage, Gabe and Judy start to evaluate their relationship and whether they’re really happy together and suited for each other.
