Long, somewhat slow book about three selfish, self-obsessed, and self-interested friends and their lives in New York City. I had trouble getting into any of the characters; they all seemed very shallow, bitter (even though they led privileged lives), and a bit snobby. Overall, disappointing, considering long the book is and the time I invested in reading it.
