I’m always amazed when I find myself interested in watching a movie like this. Normally, I run from anything scary, violent, bloody, or psychotic. For some reason, I was in a scary movie mood the other night, so we rented this. It really wasn’t that scary. It’s hard not to like Mr. Brooks, who is played by Kevin Costner. He’s an upstanding citizen, loves his family, and is an all-around nice guy. Except that he’s addicted to killing. The movie has some pretty tense parts where I jumped a bit. Definitely not the type of movie to watch by yourself late at night.
