I think this murder mystery/psychological thriller had the potential to very good.  It was an easy “read” and I found myself looking forward to listening to the book.  But as the end neared and the real culprit to one of the major mysteries was caught, I was disappointed.  There was one other major plot and several smaller plot-lines that just sort of dissolved toward the end, with no resolutions, so they just seemed to serve as distractions and page fillers after finding out they had no impact on the final solution to the big murder mystery. It’s a shame that the ending left so much to be desired, as the majority of the book is well written with realistic, albeit flawed, characters.
